Colour

As part of the colour theory excercise, the whole group worked together to form a  long spectrum of colours formed out of a variety of objects that carried a slight different tone within it's colour.

A plan view of each series was taken and organised into a contact sheet. As individual photos, they don't look like much, but when placed together the series of photos form quite an interesting spectrum of colours and tones.

I really like the outcomes of the exercise as it demonstrated the potential of what we can achieve as a group in such a short amount of time.

As I was doing my colour theory research, I so happened to come across kuler.
This amazing website allows users to 'Explore, create and share color themes. Use online or download themes for Adobe Creative Suite 2 and 3. View demo on AdobeTV. ' Very useful for us designers and also such a fun site to kill time with!!!

A site that was directly linked from Kuler.com, which explores the components of colour.

The name explains itself.
